Seagate ST31500341AS 1.5TB

I just received three drives from Newegg, all are CC1J firmware. (FYI - I ordered these on 12/31/08). Is the consensus that this firmware version is good to go? I am still waiting for the readynas nv+ diskless to arrive.
Should I order another drive now to try to get all 4 drives the same firmware version? Originally I was planning on waiting until I needed the added storage but I am thinking there might be logic to getting them all now at the same version.
