Unfortunately, I do not have that information readily available. The two I sent back, that I should have recorded the information from, I did not, and the other two are my live drives in the NAS. All I can tell you is on of the good ones was factory CC1J and the other was factory CC1G that I upgraded to CC1H. The failed drives were one each of CC1J factory and CC1H factory. I know that does not tell when they were made, or what group they belong to though.
