Ah. Now.... I just had a thought. I have an new instance of utorrent server on the box at /usr/local/utorrent, it wasnt configured right and all data was being saved to it's home directory. I cleaned it up and did another OS reinstall and TADA!!!!! You are a genius my friend. Thanks for helping me out of a big scary hole.
