Share Accessible from FTP by all users after being Deleted

Well, since we have this unexplained vulnerability, the safest thing is to power down, remove the disks, connect them to a PC, and delete the partitions.
Then put them back in the NAS, and start completely over. Install the add-ons, re-enter the configuration by hand, and then restore the data from backups.
If you want to try the usual procedure, it would be:
(a) save the configuration to your PC with frontview.
(b) Do a factory default. You can do this using the Duo / NV / NV+ / X6/600 section here: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how ... _boot_menu, or by powering down, removing the disks, deleting the partitions in Windows, and putting them back in.
(c) Then reinstall any add-ons
(d) Restore the configuration from the previously saved config file
At this point I would make sure the securitycams directory is gone.
(e) restore the data from backup
BTW, you could open a support ticket. They might be able to tell what happened, and have an easier way to clean it.
