Share usage in GUI WAY off
I had a problem with one of my backup NAS and decided to just factory default and start over with it. When I copied over one of the shares, the space used was way different from what the primary NAS...

FWIW, I've sometimes seen nonsensical space reports. I turned off volume quota (volume settings wheel) and then turned it back on again. That solved it for me. Likely that is the same as your btrfs quota rescan
