Shares become unavailable for recording a few minutes after the NAS is restarted
Good day! The problem is the following: at night the backups to the network storage were not executed correctly. In the morning, I found out that when I tried to write information to shares, I get a...

The situation is repeated via the web interface.
When I try to change permissions for a share, I get a commit failed error.
I did not find any information about errors in the logs.
What firmware are you running?
Does the web ui say the volume is read-only? Or possibly a full root?
Where in the logs are you looking?

When I wrote the question, volumes were not in read-onle mode and no errors with this in logs.
Now, after reboot, I see that drive are in red and remove inactive drives errror message on volumes settings page.

How many disks are in the array? Are all of them showing up as red on the volume tab?

One option is to contact paid Netgear support (my.netgear.com), and have them troubleshoot. You might need a data recovery contract, which is quite expensive. https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
It is possible to troubleshoot on your own if you know ssh (and/or purchase RAID recovery software that supports btrfs - for instance ReclaiMe). But that's not something we can help a lot with here, as the steps really depend on the details of what went wrong.
You can of course live with the data loss - do a factory default, set the NAS up again, and restore the data you have.
