Slow speeds caused by GS108T?
Hi.
When i transfer files from my DUO to my PC the speeds around 8-10Mb/sec but sometimes it jumps up to 23-25Mb/sec but only for 10-20 sec. I have a Netgear GS108T switch with default settings. Is there anything I could try setting up in the switch?
Im using cat. 6 cabling
My NIC is set to Full duplex 1000
I have Disable journaling
I allso tried with another PC but its the same.

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserThis is a long dead thread. If you have an issue with this switch, please create a new thread - describing your Readynas model, etc and what your issue is.
There is no point in resurrecting this one. - GoggiPAspirantThis issue was resolved by enabling flow control on the GS108Tv2. By default the non smart switches have this enabled but the GS108Tv2 does not. This was a very unique setup where the issue happened PC>FS726T>GS108Tv2>NV+ but that was what it boiled down to in the end. Just for completion I am adding this, apologies for the resurrection :)
