Slow Transfer Speeds

Do you really mean megabits per second? If so, that is the same speed that windows reported on the drop and drag. (10 MBs is the same as 80 mbs). A gigabit network should deliver >10x these speeds.

if acceptable is 60-80 MBs, then you should return the NV+ and buy a pro or an ultra. The NV+ won't go that fast. If you want to tune your ReadyNAS speed, there is more info here: http://www.readynas.com/?p=310
