[SOLVED] 4.2.27 breaks PLEX and other apps on 4.x x86.
Hi all. I upgraded my 4.x x86 to 4.2.27 and now several apps dont start or they say they start but they are not accessible. PLEX for example says it starts but you cannot acces its admin page or...
got this when upgrading to 4.2.27:

I also have updated php, dropbox... no change..
php and sql seems to work fine since the webpage i run works.
