[solved] Duo: Frontview[] with ReadyNAS null
Hello together, I set up a ReadyNAS Duo with one WD20EURS. After Installation I tried to configure the NAS, but the only thing I get is an empty screen. I tried with FF 8 and IE 6 to 9. Logfil...
Did you get any error messages?
When attempting to connect for the first time, you should have gotten a warning from the Windows firewall, and you would have an option to create an exception.
Is the IP address shown in RAIDar one that is reasonable for your network?
For some reason Frontview is not loading any information.
You can try a direct connection. RAIDar will still discover the Duo and should show the IP address on it as 192.168.168.168. To connect, you will need to reset you PC's IP to any IP address in the 192.168.168 subnet except 168. Most set it to 192.168.168.169. This removes all the network devices that may be interfering such as the router and switches.
