space is full even though i deleted a complete share
hi i have rn422 nas for 20 users data with 2 3TB hdd in raid 1 mode. i had a problem that 1 of my shares occupied a lot of space (1.8 TB) even though the files in it take just 300 GB (without snapshots enabled). so i deleted the share and did defragments, scrub and balance but the space is still occupied as seen in the image.
Thanks!

Sometimes it can take a little while for the free space to show up, but I'd think that it should have appeared by the time the scrub had finished.
If you don't have an up-to-date backup of the NAS, I would start by making one.
You might also consider using paid netgear support, as you really need more free space than you have right now, and that would give you a quicker resolution. A direct (but brute force) option would be to destroy the volume, recreate it, and then restore the data from the backup.
Have you downloaded the log zip file, and looked in there for btrfs or disk-related errors?

Thanks for the answer!
it's a week from the end of the scrubbing...
i havea backup but i dont want the dates of the files changed so i prefer not destroying the volume...
i look at the logs, there are disk errors but i didnt understand they meanings...
