Most likely one or more of your drives doesn't like noflushd which is the daemon (process) responsible for spindown.
If you go to Frontview's Logs and click "Download all logs" then extract the contents of disk_smart.log and post-back here, maybe someone can tell if your drive type is unsuitable for use with spindown.
