You made the same mistake that I had made with the newest 7.7.2 builds (which is why I wrote that install note that mdgm linked to).
If you try to remove it from Streaming Services, it will remove the files/settings (and may remove from Add-Ons), but it will still be present on the Streaming Services page. But none of the files will be present, so it won't start, and you won't be able to remove it again.
The only way at this point for you to get rid of it from Streaming Services will be to uninstall 7.7.2, reinstall 7.7.1, remove 7.7.1, then reinstall 7.7.2. You will lose your settings, unfortunately (unless you have root SSH enabled on your ReadyNAS and you make a backup of the preferences file (and I don't remember the path to it off the top of my head, so don't ask)).
