Static IP changes Admin Password
I have a ReadyNAS 102 running the 6.2.4 firmware. If I set set my unit to use a static IP Address, when it goes to reconnect to the web page I get the prompt to log back in I provide the username and...
DHCP is assigning 192.168.51.236/24, I am trying to statically assign 192.168.51.182/24, the 192.168.51 subnet is exclusive to our small datacenter, and it's not a router it's an actual DHCP/DNS server and yes I can do reservations and will try that as a work around. The larger question though is why does the ReadyNAS lose track of it's admin password if assigned a static IP?
