Sub folders missing using web access but visible in File Explorer

Try enabling http as a file sharing protocol for the share, and then see if http://nas-ip-address/Documents lets you see all the files.
I tried a subfolder that has about 4000 files. When I use the admin interface you are using, It didn't display the full list. When I pulled the scroll bar all the way to the bottom, it retrieved a few more. I had to repeat it quite a number of times before I reached the last file. So it eventually showed them all, but it took a fair amount of time.
The second path uses a very different (and very dated) presentation, but it did show me all the files in one go.
Though the RN100 systems do have quite limited memory, and might behave differently.

Just to clarify - You are seeing all the subfolders with file explorer? But they are missing from the web interface?
Also, when you access as admin, are you accessing https://nasname/sharename or are you access via https://nasname/admin and then browsing the share from the shares page in the admin web ui?

Thanks Stephen. I can fully access the files and folder through File Explorer via ReadyNas as a network resource and I have also mapped the ReadyNas\Documents to a Z:\ drive. Everything is there.
I'm accessing the ReadyNas via it's ip address - 192.168.XX.XX then fill in the login request using the admin login.
Instead of getting to the end of the Documents it stops early after the FSX folder then starts listing files in the top directory.
In the Accounts page there is only one user listed - "Admin". After the Factory Default reset I've not added any other users apart from myself to start up the ReadyCloud service.

About how many subfolders do you have? If you add a level (for instance create an A-D folder and move all the subfolders that start with A through D into it), do you then see some of the "G" folders? Or are the same folders missing?
Also, did you ever see all the folders in the browser interface (with the number of folders that you have now)?

Do you mean https://192.168.xx.xx/admin or https://192.168.xx.xx/Documents? If you just enter https://192.168.xx.xx it likely is redirecting to https//:192.168.xx.xx/admin - but I want to be sure I know where you are.

I'm logging in through Admin then as you say I've 192.168.XX.XX/admin in the address bar when my shares are being shown.
Valid point about the number of Directories. I have to go to work now so will be back in a few hours to move some of the Directories into a big sub-directory.
