Support service for ReadyNAS 4312, 10GBase-T (RR4312X0)

Hi,

the Netgear Support for my ReadyNAS 4312 10GBase-T (RR4312X0) has expired(Phone support, Email Support and Chat Support). Previously I purchased service is NETGEAR ProSupport OnCall 24x7 Category 4. 

Is there a similar service now, which I could buy for the ReadyNAS?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused, But we are not selling support contracts for ReadyNAS anymore. Netgear is providing paid support only for data recovery.

      I have been purchasing this service for my ReadyNAS equipment before. I paid more than 400EUR this time. How can I return this amount?
