Syncing / backing up NV+ to newer model

Hello -   Currently have ReadyNAS NV+ (RAIDiator 4.1.13).  Have lots of movies, photos, etc. stored.  Would like to purchase newer ReadyNAS and use as main device, with the NV+ as it's backup.    ...
