You had a 2.6GB tonido home share on the 4GB OS partition rather than on the data volume. I have moved this across to the data volume and fixed the home folder path for the tonido user. You should ensure that add-ons you use are configured correctly or you can fill the OS partition.
Rebooting.
Your services configuration was lost so some services that were disabled may now be enabled and vice versa.

You might have a filling OS partition. Do you have ssh enabled?
You could still get Netgear's help (ask support.netgear.com about per-incident support costs).
If you prefer to try fixing it on your own, you could try deleting all the logs (don't download them), and see if that helps.
Either way I suggest making a backup - one way to address the problem w/o needing support is to do a factory reset, and rebuild the NAS. And of course if the NAS is misbehaving the data is at risk.
