The NV+ has 3 x 2.0 usb ports yet the pci_devices.log states 2 of the ports are 1.1
Hi As I stated in subject the pci_devices.log reports 2 of the usb ports as 1.1(see below) but NV+ is supposed to have 3 x 2.0 usb ports 1 front 2 rear. So if that is the case that 2 of the usb...
Per the hardware manual ( https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/Duov1_NV+v1_HW_en_06Dec11.pdf ) all three of the USB ports are 2.0.
Not certain about this, but I believe that USB 1/1.1 devices end up using one of the UHCI controllers (even though they are plugged into a USB 2 port).
Yes I see what you mean 1.1 UHCI controllers are for compatibility.
I will do some more investigating. The logs also give a history of which usb port has what device connect and is using which controller so I will try using each port and see what the logs say.
