Tweaking RAIDar's Java jre
Can someone maybe answer my question at: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=129&t=63963#p388011 I've done this tweak twice now. It does seem to work fine! Just wondering what to do with...
From what I've seen, even when 'disabled' they are still phoning home constantly. Try on a 6.0, not using any 'cloud' apps, and check 'lsof -i' on a console, readycloud.netgear.com is still connected constantly, even when setup wizard in an Offline mode.
ReadyCloud and the other cloud services are optional, and easily disabled.
