Tweaking RAIDar's Java jre
Can someone maybe answer my question at: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=129&t=63963#p388011 I've done this tweak twice now. It does seem to work fine! Just wondering what to do with...

Thank you for your share. No. I have no plan to leave this community. NTGR will do what NTGR does. I watch. I have been running 'Jurasic Park' stuff for the past 25 years. I worry little; except when technology makes some major 'Marketing' leap. I am very happy with my three ReadyNAS devices and their FW/SW/Whatever.
My data is just fine. I do little with my NAS but just save/archive my own chosen files (old audio, old pictures, current client data). My ReadyNAS do my wishes with zero argument. Yes, I do replace some hard drives from time to time. Well, ... just DUH! :slap:
Sorry I sounded despondent. I am not. I am very pro-ReadyNAS.
I will deal with current/new 'technology' as it forces itself upon me, and, try to fold it back into my NAS-stack......But, this is planned for later on! :rofl:
