Twonky "Unable To Play"

The Twonky add-on is clumpsy. The server announces itself on my two clients, a Argosy Hv335T media player, and a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray smartphone. Have copied content to the respectiveluy folders created by towonky. But nothing works.
