Ultra 4 Expansion Math - Correct?
Just got a new ultra 4 up and running. The volumes listed say the following... Configuration: RAID Level X-RAID2, 4 disks Status: Redundant RAID Disks: Ch 1 : WDC WD15EARS-00Z5...
Yeah - seems that many reboots do not fix anything on this.
The WD15EARS are not on the HCL but the WD20EARS is (larger versiom of same). Had the 1.5TB drives already... I would be shocked if that was an issue - but perhaps
Had the WD drives in it first (up and running with 1.5TB of redundant space) and then added the 2TB Seagates. No data on any of the drives yet, so at this point I am open to trying anything. Just want to ensure I am getting max that I can.
