Ultra 4 Transfer speed very slow.
Hi all. I have a RNDU4000 with 2x3TB WD When I connect the NAS directly to my PC with CAT5 cable both the nas and pc is telling me the connection is 1GigaBit/s when I copy files to the nas the spee...

11 MB/s (megabyte per second) is right => 88 mbits/sec. There are control packets as well as data packets on the wire, and some "dead" periods when one side or the other is waiting. So it doesn't quite add up to 100 mbits.

Definitely worth the investment, unmanaged gigabit switches are very inexpensive.
First of all, that's the correct value for your network. Second, those are settings, not status.
