ULTRA 6 RNDU6000 Single redundancy to dual

Normally you'd need 3 disks of the largest size to go to dual redundancy (at least that's the case if you don't want to waste space). So your 6 TB drive might be getting in the way here.
I don't know of any way to fix this in Frontview, apart from doing a reset.

Yes you can. Hopefully that will restore the dual-redundancy option.
If you do need to do a factory reset, you could take the opportunity to convert the NAS to run OS-6.

I just relized that I made a mistake, i dont have 6tb disk in my nas, i have four 4tb drives and one 2tb drive. Does it make any difference now?
Still last option is to replace that 2tb drive with 4tb?

Then you should have the option to add a disk for redundancy.
I'm not running OS 4.2.x anymore, so I don't recall exactly where this setting is for XRAID. I think it is on one of the volume pages in Frontview, so maybe check all of those pages. Also it requires 4.1.16 firmware or later - likely you are already running that, since you've seen the option before.
