Hi,
Configured port - no. set TLS - no. The manual (ReadyNAS_Home_RAID4.2SW_en_29-Sep-11.pdf) on the pages I referenced just says to enter the email address and password in the related fields, which I did. It does not say anything at all about these 'advanced' options - default off/blank. So I left them alone.
From the T'bird Tools/account settings/server settings for the specific account/user ID:
Port no - available (not changed from default)
transmit server - ID available (smtp.<provider_name>.com etc)
connection security - none (of the 3 available options)
authentication method - encrypted password (of the 5 options available). One of those is a TLS certificate, not checked.
