Ultra4 Running OS6.1.1 stuck at booting

I'm running a Ultra 4 with 6.1.1 installed. I had a power outage and now when try to restart the NAS it gets stuck at booting on the LCD screen and then after 20-30 mins says start up failed.
Any ideas on how to get this working?

    Is your data backed up?

    Have you tried an OS Re-install?

    i don't have the data backed up anywhere.
    i just tried starting it up with only 1 drive in the nas and it booted with no problems. Will keep adding disks to see if one of them are bad
