Unable to access ReadyNas :(

This probably means you set a static I.P. on your ReadyNAS and the new router is using a different range. You can either do an OS Re-install (a boot menu option that resets some network settings such as relevant ones for this problem) or temporarily set your PC to use the same range as the NAS, login to the NAS, change it's settings (don't forget to save/apply them) and then change the settings back on your PC.

I use my Mac laptop on Wi-Fi all the time to access my NAS and it works fine. If it does work on Ethernet but not on Wi-Fi then either your router has poor software or your router or NAS or laptop is configured incorrectly.

That's incorrect. If you really want to test this you can get a dongle for it, whether it's USB-A, Thunderbolt or USB-C depending on what model Mac laptop you have. I regularly use Thunderbolt to ethernet adapters.
