Unable to enable googledrive in ReadyNAS 6.9.1

I am trying to enable GoogleDrive in my Netgear NAS storage deivice but couldn't succeed. When I enable GoogleDrive under the menu Cloud another window opens and displays a message "Redirecting. Please wait...". Anybody has a solution ?

Model: RN31400

Firmware: 6.9.1

  • Hi Lakshmipathy,

    Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried using a different web browser? You may also try assigning a static DNS on the NAS and see if you will still get the same issue.. You can use 8.8.8.8 for the DNS.

      Hi JohnCM_S

I apoligise for the delayed response. In one of the Netgear ReadyNAS it started working as soon as I changed the DNS server address to 8.8.8.8 and tried with Microsoft Internet Explorer but it failed in another Netgear ReadyNAS with same model and firmware. However I succeded with Microsoft Edge in the second ReadyNAS. Thanks a lot.

      Best regards

      Lakshmipathy
