Unable to log in

Question

Hi Guys&nbsp;Just come to log into my Rn102 to upgrade to the latest firmware and ready cloud says its off line, Ive also tried logging in with raidar but everytime I enter my User name and password to log in the password box just reappears, Ive tried rebooting the Nas as well but no difference.&nbsp;ANy Ideas&nbsp;&nbsp;Version is 6.6.1

thanks for the reply will reinstall the OS.

Reinstalled the OS,&nbsp;&nbsp;all working now the username and password was reset to default but will change that back many thanks.,&nbsp;Craig
