Unable to log into the Admin page of my ReadyNAS 214 running 6.10.8
Just this morning I started being unable to login to my ReadyNAS 214 Admin page. Firmware is 6.10.8, which has been installed for at least a few weeks. Running Windows 10. My password hasn't changed but when I attempt to login I'm unable to get in. After 3 tries I get the Account Locked page, and then I'm redirected to the Reset Password page. Then when I attempt to reset my password by entering my email and recovery answer, the page just hangs with an interminable spinning circle and I never receive a password reset email.
I've tried all of this in the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, with the same results in each browser. I've attempted going in through RAIDar as well, with the same results. I've seen some similar posts with not a lot of consensus on how to resolve this issue. Some have suggested an OS Reinstall, but that didn't seem to work universally.
What is going on and how can I fix this?!?

OS Reinstall worked for me, but still quite curious how it lost my admin password in the first place. Anyways, thanks!
