Unable to set up a share or access remotly

OK, an update. Just went to log onto the NAS to get to the settings. Going to have a look through after a cup of tea. Unable to log onto my account again. But I can log on using the default username and password. My account now shows as it being a user. Not an admin. Changed the password again and still can not log on with my credentials. Is it me or does this NAS unit need a beating?????

Are you accessing the NAS locally (https://nasname/admin or https://nasipname/admin)? If so, are you using "admin" as the username?
