Unable to update Plex RN214

Currently on latest firmware 6.9.3 (no update as of 3rd August.

I'm on Plex Media Server v 1.13.2.5154.

I've been trying to update manually direct from the Plex website.

Consistently getting this error message in log:

System: Cannot install application plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna.

Can't seem to think of a reason why this is happening.

I just had another look at the logs and I noticed a few days before it happened, I went in and deleted a few snapshots to save space (Video files that Plex uses).  Can't see how this might affect the install but who knows.

    It's not related.

Download the log zip file from the web ui, and look in app-install.log and apt-history.log  There should be some clues in there.

      Thanks for the reply

The last successful upgrade was on 26th June.  I found references to this date.

      In app-install it says:

      Jun 26 02:51:03 ReadyNAS-214 fv-app-install[4744]: Installing [plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna](75%) Running dpkg
      Jun 26 02:51:02 ReadyNAS-214 fv-app-install[4744]: Installing [plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna](75%) Preparing to configure plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna

      In apt-history it says:

      Start-Date: 2018-06-26 02:45:37
      Commandline: apt-get -yq install --reinstall --allow-downgrades -o APT::Status-Fd=6 /tmp/plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna_1.13.2.5154-fd05be322_armel.deb
      Upgrade: plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna:armel (1.13.0.5023-31d3c0c65, 1.13.2.5154-fd05be322)
      End-Date: 2018-06-26 03:06:38

I find no other references to plexmediaserver in subsequent log posts.  No references to failed installs.

Is it possible that Plex is simply issuing faulty update files?
