Unable to upgrade Firmware on RN102 6.2.0 to 6.2.5 #25744765
New user and new NAS.
I have tried to upgrade my new RN102 several times both locally and from the web.
All seems to go well, and the reboot takes quite a few minutes but I am still left on 6.2.0
Any ideas please?
I reset to factory Defaults and that fixed the problem and loaded the new firmware
