Unable to upgrade to Pro plan for ReadyNAS Vault?
I've got an existing Personal Plan that is 50 GB pre-paid ($4.95/month or $49.95/year). I have gone a smidgen over my storage. The website: http://www.readynasvault.com/cloudfs/ Says there'...
Thank you. I was able to get in touch with ReadyNAS Support and they provided me with a special URL to click on to purchase the plan. although I still have no answer as to why the website URL lists one thing and the readynas Vault "upgrade" links list something completely different.
Seems like someone at NetGear changed the webpages and didn't link them all properly.

I would, but it only shows up if you need to upgrade storage.

It would show below, a series of "slides" of the plans that my account was eligible for.
Now it shows empty.
So I'm guessing either they fixed it (removed it) or, by giving me the correct URL to access, now that I'm upgraded, it's no longer displaying the wrong information.
