Update media Wiki 1.0.3

Please advise how to update Media Wiki to the latest version on ReadyNAS 102.   alos i would like to know how to access redayNAS's "apps" folder on Windows Explorar. Please advise

 If you access \\nasname\data with NAS admin credentials, there is a hidden .apps folder.  (If your volume is not named "data", use the volume name you created).
