Update OS and Raidar ???

Have you contacted Netgear about your data recovery?
What was supposed to be the "User name" and "Password" in fact wasn't ;-(( !
That's why in the first place - second I think it's "best practice" to be updated.
An even better "best practice" was to remember the right credentials ;-))
I have no service contract or support any longer !
