Worth a try, but in my experience this problem suggests that most likely an add-on installed or something installed via SSH has led to Frontview being broken upon the firmware update. Should be relatively easy to fix.
If it was Frontview not displaying properly it'd suggest perhaps a caching issue or that it's a good idea to try another browser, but refusing to connect suggests the apache service has failed to start for one of the reasons given above.
I don't suppose you remember what version of RAIDiator the NAS was running previously Martinrh, do you?
