Updated Firmware - Fan Speed Stays At Max
I updated to the latest stable firmware release "6.9.4 hotfix 1" on my ReadyNas RN214 today and afterwards, I noticed that the fan speed stays at its max RPM and isn't responding/lowering its RPM when I switch between Cool, Balanced, & Quiet.
What could be possible issues here?

On what temp is your NAS running? (System, CPU Disks) Fans would be adjusted depending on the temps as well. Is your NAS placed on a ventilated area?
You may want to try and reboot or perform an OS-reinstall.
