Updates 6.5.2 and 6.6.0 reintroduced RN10400 Chrome Upload Problem
I think the issue fixed in this previous release

Enhancements & Bug Fixes:
- Fixed drag and drop file compatibility with Chrome
Has been re-introduced over the last 2 releases, first noticed it after 6.5.2 and then with the quick release of 6.6.0 I hoped it had been repaired, but alas and alack it is still there.
I can use Microsoft Edge to upload, but both Chrome and Firefox will not work properly.
I have flushed my web cache and rebooted my NAS but to no avail.
I'm not keen on using Edge, but it'll do as a work around.

Do you mean to say drag and drop files when browsing the shares in the admin page?
I tried this just now and it does work on my Chrome.

Regards,I stopped trying to use the drag and drop method because it was too flaky.
I'm not sure that telling me it works on yours was a solution.

In the end I reworked the way I use the NAS to get a more permanent fix.
