Upgraded 1100, can't mount /c
We upgraded one of our 1100s to 4.1.9 and it wouldn't boot after restarting. We tried a flash-from-USB, which was successful (in that we were able to flash the firmware) but the unit still won't comp...
Open a tech support case at my.netgear.com and post the case number.
What's the output of
Note that a USB Boot Recovery flashes the firmware on the flash it doesn't update the firmware on the disks. An OS Re-install would re-install the firmware from the flash onto the disks (I would suggest waiting for advice from support before trying that though).
