Upgrading from Duo V1 to an RN102
Having had more problems than you can shake a stick at, I have ordered a pair of WD 3Tb Red drives and an RN102 NAS. Am I able to just pull the drives out of my Duo and expect them to work immediately...

The RAID for at is different. You will need to copy your data across your network.
Do you have a backup?
The whole point of a factory reset is to wipe the disks, create the partitions, format them, install the OS onto the disks etc. Trying to do a factory default with the disks removed achieves nothing.
