If you were using dual-redundancy Frontview would have said so.
Yes, your volume capacity indicates that you are using single-redundancy. So after replacing one more 2TB HDD with a 3TB one there will be a resync and then vertical expansion should take place. You may need to reboot once or twice before vertical expansion takes place. Wait 5-10 minutes between each reboot.
