Upgrading NVX disk to Pro 4 OS6 ?
Ive just got a Pro 4, which Ive been informed uses ReadyNas OS 6 I've loaded it with disks from my old NVX and its booting up ok, and providing Frontview/Raidiator 4 Just a couple of questions.. ...
The NVX is still under warranty, had a failed power supply and was replaced with a Pro 4 via RMA.
Unlike on the NVX, you can run OS6 on the Pro 4, but as Danthem mentioned it is not officially supported.
