UPS APC Data Cable Splitter?
I have a UPS APC-700VA... It only has one data cable - does anyone know if you use an RJ45 splitter, whether it would send information to two ReadyNas devices? Or is the data cable for two way traffic...
The devices are a ReadyNas Duo V1 and a ReadyNas NV+ V2 - I have one UPS but it can only talk to one device directly and it would appear that the NV+V2 cannot alert another NAS to shutdown, or be alerted to shutdown by another NAS. Whereas the older Duo V1 can do all of these, and more!
