USB Disk Backup not working correctly

Okay - it seems to work now - I haven't changed any settings or anything like that. The USB Drive is NTFS and it seemed to copy over perfectly this time around and the files were opening fine.
So, my second question still stands: Can you specify a specific folder for each job to backup to, when the destination is USB Drive? I have several Shares I want to backup to one drive, but as you can imagine there is going to be lots of files/folders in the root of the USB Drive!
