User can't access folders shared by groups

I have a ReadyNas Ultra 4 with one volume and four disks in Raid 5. Each user at our office is set up with their own personal share folder, then each department has a shared folder. I have set each user up within their own department and turned the default share settings to disabled. When I log in as a user (who is part of a group who has access to these folders), they only have access to their personal drive and a corporate wide drive (everyone has access to the corporate drive) but they can't see the shares set up to be shared with a group. Here are a few screenshots of my configuration.

I also have a mixed environment, with OS X and Windows 7 users. So I have AFP and CIFS enabled on this share, but SMB is disabled.

Thank for your help.

Your CIFS settings affect access to the share, your Advanced Share Permissions settings affect access to the contents of the share. The CIFS settings will allow meagan to connect to the share, but your Advanced Share Permissions say that only HR_Finance and members of nogroup will be allowed to write. I'd suggest setting "share folder everyone rights" to Read/write. This will allow meagan to write, but will not affect your security since only the members of the two groups mentioned in the CIFS settings will be allowed to connect to the share.
