Arghh! Too frustrating. I have spent the last several hours trying to get my new HP 8500 all-in-one to scan to my ReadyNAS Duo, but no luck. Works great saving to a network folder on my Vista machine. Initially I had the 17k file freeze issue mentioned by several others. Then I tried the new 4.1.6 firmware, using the above posts suggestion of using the share name as the user name on the HP software, still no luck. Now I can't pass the HP software's network test: keeps saying invalid username/password. Would love to hear if anyone else is successful. ReadyNAS symbd.log shows this every time:
