Using a Scan To Network share (OfficeJet 9130)

Thank you Skywalker for the help, but still no luck. This allows me to pass the HP software test during setup, but I end up getting the device freeze while saving the file, leaving a partial 17kb file on the Duo, just as many others have reported. I have guest access enabled on the share, and default read/write for all CIFS, AFP, and HTTP/S. Advanced options shows the share name as the share folder owner. Here's what the Duo log shows (blue is my added notes):
