Using Rsync

Just reverse source and destination, since Synology would be the remote source, and the ReadyNAS the destination.

This is the setting on my ReadyNAS.
I have created a shared folder called BACKUP_NAS3 and set the network protocol as shown.
This is infact all I have done on the destination NAS.
Is this all I need to do on the destination ?

If you are running the backup job on the ReadyNAS, then you shouldn't need to enable rsync on the share (but it does no harm).
If you are running the backup on the Synology then you do (and I think you've done all that's required).
